Mediziner's Notes: Well, something to celebrate Silverfang's 2nd year since her creation. + First ever piece of 2015! I might focus on her more than Nightblade but first I also need to mainly give Sunblade some much needed attention since she's the most neglected sister out of my three Femmes. ;n; This is something a bit... Less Transformer-ish at least for once, which is based on a personal RP between ForgottenHope547 and I where they're humans and pretty much in college... Or uni. xD Also I think starting this year, I'll just only put the credits in the artist's description while said 'artist's description' would from now on only be up here as well as the starring characters if references are available. It's not my best work but hey, at least motivation kicked me in the ass and got me to writing. :D...

Also I don't know how the rules abide in Colleges and Universities for those that live in dorms... :D... I kinda just made some stuff up as I went along. ^^; Ahehehee... Derpy Medic... I've never been in College long enough to experience and I sadly never went to a dormed college or uni. D: Anyways, my brain is now burned out from writing this... *Waves white flag.* OTL

Enjoy!

~+~+~+

Having just returned to her dorms, Silverfang was extremely exhausted as she couldn't believe how difficult the exams she had taken a few hours ago. Health and Art weren't that bad but she felt she hadn't done so well in Science... Having observed and reviewed her papers very carefully despite she caused a bit of commotion unintentionally... Of course it wasn't to be expected as others would often stare at her whenever she's being her observant self. "Ugh, I don't even know... I'm so exhausted..." She groaned, setting her things to the side lazily and flopped on her bed, feeling like she needed time to stop all around her so that she could take all the time she needed before doing anything else.

Hearing her cell phone ring, it took a bit of effort for Silverfang to get off of the bed and go to her bag to get her phone. She looked as if she had a bad day and didn't want to deal with anything right now, checking to see who was calling her, it was Sunblade as she answers. "Hello...?"

"Silverfang! How'd your exams go, sis? I think I aced auto class but I gotta wait and see!" Sunblade's voice was rather loud that Silverfang had to hold the phone a little bit away from her ear, feeling like she was getting a headache. "Oh yeah, Nightblade and I are going to have an outing with some of the boys, you wanna come tag along? It's gonna be great! And who knows, maybe Mr. Sings-a-lot would come out of the dark and join us too!" As Sunblade finished her sentence and following with her usual cheerful laughs and giggles, Silverfang felt herself go red at whom Sunblade mentioned specifically... One whom she had grown fond of but never really saw one another all that much... Aside from whenever they were heading off to their classes in the morning or would usually see him during Tuesdays or Thursdays... Usually not having much classes during that time other than it's either a free or a day for studying to prepare for exams or also to find groups to work on things together.

Now that the weekends were beginning, just what would she be doing? Her younger twin sisters already had things planned up but herself? No.

"Maybe he's too busy..." Silverfang murmured to herself quietly.

"Who's too busy, sis?" Sunblade spoke, to which the other had forgotten that she was still on the line.

"Oh, nothing. I'll talk to you later when you come back to our dorm, just please you and Nightblade be careful." Silverfang said as the two sisters said their farewells, then they hung up.

With a sigh, Silverfang went over to sit at her desk, everything just felt the same thing as she seemed to have a craving for something completely different to happen as she fiddled with her phone, going through her contacts while a free arm reached into her bag for a book or two on what she's taking... Only to feel and grab an odd piece of paper she hadn't recall having, as it was rather small, and neatly folded up.

'Hm? When did I get this... Is this someone's notes?'

Opening the small little folded paper, it was the size of a sticky note. When you find the time, please call this number. was all that's written, who would want her to call them? There was no name that was written, just simply those words followed by a phone number. Carefully, Silverfang observed the handwriting carefully, it wasn't all that neat and nor was it all that sloppily but it seemed to look like that they were trying their best to write as neatly to the best that they could do. She knew and memorized how everyone's writings were for all of her classes but this in particular was unlike anyone else that she knew... Maybe she hadn't seen someone new come in?

'Only one way to find out...' Dialing the number, she simply waited as the call pended, until it was soon picked up.

"Hello?" The voice was very deep as Silverfang silently shuddered... She hadn't known how anyone could have such a deep voice... And yet surprisingly it was music to her ears.

"Um... Who are you? Were you the one that put a phone number in my bag...?"

"Yes... Forgive me, I would have wanted to speak with you but... I would rather have not caused a commotion, too many people make horrid rumours about me." It then struck Silverfang that she knew now who was talking to her.

Reconnaissance. The one everyone made horrible rumours about wherever she went, there were so many that people have made and she had seen that whenever he was sighted, they kept at a certain feet away from him... Why would they do such things? He wasn't hurting anyone, right?

"Are you... Reconnaissance?" Silverfang's face went red at now realising who she was talking to.

"Yes, I am." Came the answer, he seemed to have gone quiet for a moment before speaking again. "I... Silverfang? I have wanted to ask this for some time but would you... Perhaps accompany to eat out with me at a restaurant? I know of a nice place we could have dinner together... Only if you wish, of course..." The Femme couldn't believe her very ears... Was Reconnaissance... The Reconnaissance asking her out on a date? Sure they have not been together but, did this mean that he liked her too? She was left speechless at this that she couldn't find her words, trying to shake it off as she spoke.

"Y-You mean... a d-d-date...?" She spoke, stuttering completely though facepalmed silently at having stuttered her words... Surely because of this, he would've found her weird... Why did she do that...

"Y-Yes..." He replied, though difficult to read out the shyness in his rather cold sounding yet gentle tone.

"I umm... When do we go?"

"Tomorrow, in the evening? If you do not have a busy schedule set for the weekends of course..."

"Oh no, I'm free... My sisters are just going to be out with their friends so... I can make it." Silverfang was rather happy about how there would be indeed something different happening for once, not that she didn't enjoy being with her sisters but she didn't really like to do something over and over with them all the time though never would tell them as she didn't want to hurt their feelings.

"Very well, I'll call you tomorrow then. Save my number in your contacts if you wish, I need to go now... I have to go to work. Have a good evening. Farewell."

"Ah, bye." As she hung up, Silverfang was very excited and looked forward to being able to go out somewhere. Albeit it wasn't with her sisters this time, with someone else should provide a change... Hopefully if things went well. 'The rumours can't be true, right? From observing, it did look like the others were hurting his feelings...' She though to herself, though since it was already pretty late without having realised it, she hadn't noticed Nightblade had returned yet... Normally she wouldn't be out for so long unless Sunblade was telling her to stay.

"I better get ready for bed..." She murmured to herself, gathering her things for the shower as well as clean PJs.

...

The following day, Silverfang had gotten up and dressed as she was glad she didn't have to wear her university uniform on the weekends, though she seemed to be lost in thought while walking around campus with her sisters. Not noticing that Sunblade was trying to get her attention but was startled soon as when she clapped her hands together in front of her.

"Silverfang! Are you okay? You're spacing out big time! It isn't unlike you..." Sunblade looked up to her sister with worry, Nightblade herself while not an expressive or a girl of words, was also equally worried.

"Sorry, just a lot on my mind, really." Silverfang reassured, though not wanting to tell her that she had called Reconnaissance, thinking she'd worry them, though of course it didn't assure Sunblade as she gave a devious smirk.

"Ohhh, I see now... Were you hanging around with Mr. Sings-a-lot, hmmm?" She was then nudged in the shoulder by Nightblade as she looked to her with a slight annoyed expression. "What? I could've hit the nail, y'know big sis?"

"Let's not pressure her please." Came the quiet response.

The girls continued to walk, topic changing as Nightblade knew it was making their older sister uncomfortable. Nightblade was more talkative only around her sisters and a little less expressionless but not all that much. "Exam results should come out within a few days, I need to see how well I have done in Health as things seemed to have been very difficult than last time..."

"Ugh, seriously Nightblade? Auto class gave us one hell of a test! I don't know the anatomy of all cars yet and I wasn't expecting such a difficult description of questions! Thankfully Brakelight helped me out a little though!"

As the twins talked, Silverfang was still deep within her thoughts... Wondering what Reconnaissance was like as she truly was looking forward to seeing it for herself. It was still the afternoon so maybe she could see if Recon is wandering around campus too, she'd like to speak with him in person whether or not others start making up more rumours that would involve her into them... She wouldn't care. Deciding to see if she could find him, she then ran off ahead, telling her sisters that she had something she forgot back in one of her classes as a cover up. Once out of their sight, she ran about the campus, looking for Reconnaissance as she ignored other people commenting about why was she in such a hurry.

Coming around a corner, she had finally found him. Reconnaissance was in a space by himself within the horticulture section of the campus sitting in one of the benches, surrounded by a couple of birds that she'd see as some were perched on Reconnaissance's shoulders, on his lap, or was either on the bench or on the floor by his feet. As he saw her, he put a finger to his lips slowly, indicating her to be quiet. To her surprise, Silverfang could see that he was missing his right eye... Covered up by an eye patch, though she hadn't realised how beautiful his golden yellow eye was... Perhaps even more beautiful should he never had lost his other eye, how did such a thing happen she would wonder, but would keep it aside for when she would ask. She made a quiet gesture if she could come sit with him, which the latter replied with a nod, gesturing to sit by his left.

Quietly, Silverfang made it over to Reconnaissance, trying not to make too much noise that would scare all the birds away, though some flew towards the bench or near some of the plants and flowers, afraid of her presence as this made her feel bad, as if they didn't want her here. When she made it over to Recon's side, she sat down carefully as she was amazed at how beautiful some of the birds were... Did Reconnaissance have a thing for birds?

"This is my secret spot to sit here and relax with the birds... Only the horticulture teacher knows that I'm often here, he raised all these plants you see around you." He spoke gently, bringing a hand up as Silverfang could see he was missing some fingers... And had a couple of scars decorating the palm and the back of his hand as well... Was he some fighter? She then noticed he wore something around his neck, though currently concealed by his clothing, consisting of a trench coat, decorated with gold accents and decorations... It was custom. He wore a simple black shirt, black trousers, and some combat looking boots.

'He sure likes to dress quite a lot in black...' She thought.

"Um... Reconnaissance?" She spoke softly.

"Yes?" The tall male's attention turned to look at Silverfang.

"The rumours that people make... They're false, right? I find it hard to believe any of the cruel things they say about you, if you don't mind me asking of course. I just observe so I get a little... Curious, sorry." She felt as if she could just shrink until she was far too tiny that not even a microscope could get a good view of her, fearing she might've annoyed him yet her observations often got the best of her, ready to hear whatever he had to say albeit a bit scared.

Taken a bit by surprise at this sudden question, Reconnaissance wouldn't have thought she would ask if the rumours were true or not, having grown used to other people letting them think whatever, but for Silverfang to ask him, he wasn't prepared for such a thing.

"No, they're not. I merely let them say whatever, as I've grown not to care no longer than I once did before." He stared at the plants in front of him, as if he were staring off into space. He wasn't much of an expressive person either like Nightblade, though he wasn't exactly closed off as she would be... This much she had observed from Reconnaissance.

"Why would you let them say such cruel things about you? That's just horrible..."

While true, Reconnaissance couldn't bring himself to, he didn't want to scare other people as he was found scary for the false rumours people gave him. He even scared some of the teachers as well as he was often found intimidating due to his rather tall height and age that would have probably made others mistake him for a teacher when he isn't. With a sigh, he leaned forward just a bit, letting his forearms rest on his lap as he brought his hands together. "It's not that easy when others have grown to fearing you even if you never meant to scare them." The tone in his gentle deep voice was starting to sound rather sorrowful, he truly didn't want to be seen as someone to fear, but just to be seen as a normal person but it wasn't a thing to ask for so easily...

"I see..." Silverfang frowned when she saw how sad he looked. Wishing she could do something to help him show that he wasn't so bad, though maybe an opportunity would come in time too, but not right now.

"I'll be fine, you do not need to worry." Leaning back into the bench, he gave her a gentle kind smile. "The evening is upon us, would you like to come with me to eat out? I'm planning on going out now."

With a shy smile, Silverfang gave a nod, though curious of where they would go as they stood up slowly, the birds beginning to flutter away when they began to leave the area. "So, where are we going?"

"You'll see." He gently gestured her to follow, to which she did so as they went over towards the parking lot, finding Reconnaissance's vehicle, it wasn't all that fancy looking though the appearance was that of an old model of a car, yet it was in rather fine condition as the interior looked very well new. Pressing the button on his car keys he dug out from one of his trench coat pockets and unlocked his car. Silverfang climbed into the passenger seat while Reconnaissance climbed into the driver's seat... Buckled in and drove out of the campus.

...

Looking out the window, Silverfang wasn't sure what to say as riding in someone else's car for the first time was rather embarrassing. Though the same would be with Reconnaissance as he was still not used to having someone who wasn't afraid of him and even had accepted to come with him... Something was far different about this girl, aside from knowing how very observant she was. He felt he could grow more comfortable around her without the fear of her backing away like all the others would.

Once they arrived, Silverfang then realised that from the appearance of the exterior of this restaurant, it looked to be a very fancy restaurant... Most people that weren't of high rich status like herself could afford most restaurants such as this one in particular. She looked to the older Male as if worried if he's really going to pay for the two to dine at such a high class restaurant. "Do not worry." He simply said as they found a place to park.

"Are you really sure, Reconnaissance? This particular restaurant feels like something only my family can afford..." She didn't feel better at his words, just knowing it could be overwhelming on him. As they undid their seat belts and stepped out of the car, with Recon locking it with the push of a button before they walked inside. The interior blew Silverfang away as it was incredibly beautiful... Everything looked so beautifully decorated and attracting, a place that would steal away anyone's attention within the second they step inside as Silverfang would be among the many that would be completely astonished by such beauty. Noticing this, Reconnaissance chuckled, though he could see that the place was starting to get a little crowded, he and Silverfang would have to wait until they could be taken to a place to sit.

Nervous about what he would do, he carefully proceeded to bring an arm around and lead her to a place where they could sit down and wait, the young girl taken by surprise at this as she went red at being brought so close to him.

It took about a good hour or two until they were greeted by a waitress, then being brought over to a vacant table, the two of them taking their seats and were given their menus. Silverfang was still mesmerized by the sheer beauty and decorations of this place, having never been eaten out to a restaurant before. Shifting her focus away, she looked to the menu they were given, Reconnaissance already looking through his own menu, but was clearly amused as he himself was enjoying her presence so much, watching her admire the beauty all around them.

The pair took the time to look through their menus, her focus now completely on Reconnaissance, reminding herself that she's not here by herself. Silverfang wasn't sure where she could begin as the two were currently silent... Everything altogether was just so embarrassing for her. But they were soon met with a waiter, inquiring what they would like to drink and if they were ready to order. Surprising one another, they both in perfect sync picked water for their drink, while Silverfang picked Pasta Salad, Reconnaissance picked normal house lettuce. With their orders taken, the waiter then took the menus from them and left to go get them their drinks as they shortly returned with their drinks. Knowing the wait would take a bit as they were busy with other customers coming in and out, perhaps Silverfang could try and strike up a conversation to have time pass until their food got here.

"Reconnaissance?"

"Yes?"

"I umm... I'm curious... What do you work as?" Silverfang was starting to become shy as she continued, noticing Reconnaissance kindly smiling at her only making her reddened face worsen though tried to relax.

"Me? Mm, I'm a vocalist. I sing for the group I formed with some... Friends." At the last word in his sentence, Reconnaissance wasn't really sure if he could consider his band members his friends... While they get together to record a song or have jam sessions together, outside of making music together, they never really talked much. The older male never really bothered to try and befriend them, fearing they were never interested in wanting to become friends as they always looked rather serious and busy, looking like the sort that wanted to get whatever is going on done and over with than hang around and talk up a storm.

"Oh? What sorts of songs do you sing?" Silverfang was very intrigued, liking the idea of Recon being a singer... Something about his wonderful deep voice just made it feel just right that he could sing just about almost nearly any songs.

Sipping some of his water, he paused for a bit, hesitant to tell what sort of songs he and his band members wrote, but thankfully they did more than just one genre as he paused for a moment after drinking. "Alternate Rock, we're not that big but my band members strive for us to become a famous band. I do not mind if we remain small should our music not be good enough to many studios..." Relaxing, not wanting to tell the truth of the other genre that they also make, which was often embarrassing as he didn't want nearby customers to hear, despite he was drawing attention to most as they commented about what a wonderful deep voice he had.

"Not my kind of music, but I bet you sing wonderfully." Silverfang gave a kind smile, Reconnaissance would have admitted that her very smile was making him continuously fall in love with her, though he hid his feelings rather skillfully... She was beautiful, and sweet.

"Perhaps when I find the time, I can give you one of my group's albums to listen to... If you wish." He offered, a faint of shyness overcoming him as he had grown curious to know what she would think of his songs. He never really took pride or even thought much of his songs other than putting a lot of heart into them, primarily because he knew a lot of their fans loved their songs... The memories of when he made his first album flowed right back to the main memory. He'd admit it wasn't all that great since it was just something they made up that they never expected it would become very good.

"What about yourself, Silverfang?" He inquired kindly.

Knowing it was her turn to tell, despite she had no job, Silverfang wasn't sure where to start as she was trying to figure out what would be a good idea to start, but thankfully before she could get a chance to tell, the waiter had returned with their food. As the two thanked them, they began to eat. Silverfang was very strict with her manners, though thankfully she was glad that Reconnaissance didn't seem to mind how very well mannered she was, as she knew most of the others back in their university often looked at her and her sisters weird because of how very well mannered they were... Good table manners were not a bad habit, but when it came to very high proper manners, it was often strange for most commoners.

The two of them ate in silence, listening to what's going on around them as Silverfang found herself amazed at how good the food was, never having eaten anything that was of high quality anywhere else... Other than her home where they always served high quality foods. Reconnaissance hadn't eaten much of his food as Silverfang wondered why he ordered something but wasn't going to eat much of it? Perhaps he wasn't all that hungry? A few minutes later, Silverfang finished hers, despite not completely as she ate as much as she could. "Delicious." She commented shyly with a smile.

"Mm, indeed." Recon replied as he formally wiped his mouth, noticing Silverfang doing the same albeit a little slightly different... She really must be from a rather strict looking rich family judging from how her formality was very severely strict. Pushing that aside, he waited until their waiter returned to check on them, to which he requests for a check. Once they returned with the check, he then began making the payment as he sighed, it didn't seem that pricey as it once was when he came here previously. With the payment having been made, they soon left as they were now planning on heading back to their university. He was glad that he managed to not screw up his formality as it was often difficult for him when he had missing fingers or partially missing fingers... A thing that was from when he was in the army years before he started going to uni.

A part of Recon wanted to confess his attraction to Silverfang, yet the other half was making him hesitate. For Months since when he first saw her grouped amongst the other freshmen, he wouldn't have believed himself to find someone he'd like... Until he met her... Despite never having spoken to her before out of fear he might scare her like how everyone else feared him. Though at the same time he wasn't sure if the young girl would return his feelings, it wouldn't surprise him as he considered himself 'too broken' to find anyone special in his life... Who would want someone as broken as he? He'd often thought to himself. When they made it to his car, he unlocked it as they climbed in and buckled. Backing out of the parking, he began their journey back.

"Reconnaissance... Thank you for tonight, I really enjoyed myself." Silverfang managed to shyly speak, it was very dark out now, and with Reconnaissance wearing a lot of black for his colour choices, he looked like he blended rather nicely that he would go completely unnoticed, which would also help that his black hair somewhat added to camouflaging in the night.

"You're welcome." He spoke, voice alluring as Silverfang struggled to keep calm, each time he spoke it was continuously music to her very ears. His single eye glued to the road as he couldn't see Silverfang, due to his good eye being on the left side while the other, merely an empty socket covered up by his eye patch. Hearing Silverfang yawn, he knew that she was getting tired... But thankfully they had just arrived back in the parking lot of their university, it wasn't that long of a trip as he parked in the same place he had previously before leaving... Nobody else having taken that spot surprisingly. Parking his car, the two undid their seat belts and stepped out. After Recon locked his car, he walked over to Silverfang. "Come, I'll walk you over to the dorm gates, it's not safe for you to walk there alone at night." It would devastate Reconnaissance should anyone else dare lay a hand on the one he holds dear would bring harm to her.

"S-Sure..." She spoke and began to walk alongside Reconnaissance.

As they walked, they finally started to near the girls' dorms that was when Reconnaissance then ceased his walking. "I cannot continue any further, but I'll watch you until you're safely inside the dorms." He spoke gently, watching as Silverfang nodded, but before she would go in, she gestured that she wanted to whisper something into his ear. Curious, Reconnaissance knelt down to her level, being rather tall while she was on the short side, he was taken by surprise when Silverfang planted a kiss on his cheek, followed by a simple whisper.

"Thank you..."

Watching her leave, Reconnaissance went faintly red at this gesture, but deep down was very happy as his eye glued to Silverfang until she disappeared into the dorms, giving himself a brief moment before walking towards the boys' dorms.

Maybe next time, he could ask her out on another date.
