Edelsteine (OC)

EDIT: I've completely revamped her entire story and a few bits but sticking as much as possible to the original. O:

Here is Edelsteine, one of my OCs who LOVES Gems, as her name implies, in German as it means "Gems".

- Handheld Standard Blaster. (Rarely uses because she dislikes violence.)

- Tazer Blaster build into her left arm. (Uses only in self-defense, stun duration lasts long enough for her to flee.)

Personality: A very skittish Femme, she struggles to trust others because of the life she's grown up with. being very timid and shy, she's easily spooked and often normally speaks in a more whisper due to having never been allowed to speak normally or loudly. It takes effort for Edelsteine to bring herself out of her shy shell but it's often worth the wait when someone is managed to be patient with her and even befriend her. She also has a nasty habit of hiding in her pain, not wanting others to see her look hurt or vulnerable as part of an abuse she had to endure but does become frenzied with fear if others manage to find out that she's in pain which causes her to flee as much as possible. Despite this, she's extremely sweet and gentle, being someone who could never bring themselves to harm anyone in any form even if she were blackmailed or threatened to do so.


History/Bio: While many would've planned for sparklings in the future, Edelsteine unfortunately was an unplanned sparkling. She was sparked as the creation of Crystal Chime and Dustgrind, but unfortunately it was Dustgrind who had drugged Crystal Chime into a more lengthy service, far beyond the permitted restrictions. Edelsteine grew up only knowing her Carrier, but unfortunately after when Dustgrind had finished business with Crystal Chime stellar cycles ago, he was never to be seen again and as such, never knew her Sire at all. Unfortunately, little did Edelsteine know that her Carrier was living a short life as because of the regulations that the concubine house that they lived in as Femmes who sparked sparklings would have to either give up their life and let their creation live, or their lives are spared but at the cost of the creation's life executed. Despite that Edelsteine was often ignored by Crystal Chime, she still wanted to be at her side no matter what. As Edelsteine was at juvenile stage, it was when she realised that her Carrier had to go somewhere, but unfortunately one cycle she never came back, which then she'd overhear from the other Femmes that she unfortunately had paid the price, and then a Mech stepped into their chambers stating to raise Edelsteine but to teach her to become a servant until she would reach adolescent stage to learn her place in the house and to give services to those should she be picked in the future. Of course living her life as a servant for quite some time, she cleaned many of the rooms every single cycle and was even ordered to present her master with energon if requested. Edelsteine had never been given any cycles off unless she fell ill.

By the time she was now an adolescent, the other Femmes would then tell her that she was no longer going to do anymore cleaning but rather she was now supposed to learn the basics of what they would do, and explained everything. Edelsteine was also rather clueless as to most of the things, but eventually when she decided to speak up, she would then hesitantly ask why did her Carrier never return, to which they knew she was at the right stage to know the truth, to which devastated Edelsteine, but was assured by the others. As she was intending on wanting to speak to the main master of the house, she was then approached by a different Mech who had barged into the Femmes' chambers and had her taken away. The young Aerial had been brought into a strange room and eventually was anesthetized to keep her from escaping as the Mech got to work in giving her a collar that the rest of the other concubines wore and was unconscious throughout the whole procedure until she reawakened back in the Femmes' chambers again. Uncomfortable with the given collar, the others assured her that it would feel sore after a while but eventually her frame would become used to the presence of it around her neck. Unable to believe that she would have to live in the same footsteps as Crystal Chime, she reluctantly began to learn the moves and services she would have to be offering once she becomes a full-fledged Femme.

As the stellar cycles rolled in, Edelsteine had received all the training and knowledge she needed to prepare herself for when she would be selected to offer services to a customer, it frustrated and pained Edelsteine as she joined her fellow Femmes in heading to the main room, an area she was forbidden from going into as a young Femling. It wasn't long until when she was then the one being picked by a mysterious customer who would request her services. Knowing she had to get this done and over with, she went into the designated room the master of the house would assign her to, and said to wait there. By the time the Mech made his appearance, he wore all sorts of jewellery decorating his frame, which was something that caught her optics immediately that she couldn't help but ask questions about them, to which the customer seemed surprised at this and answered as many questions as he could patiently. Eventually of course time was short for the Mech's end and had to unfortunately interrupt her that they must prepare for what they must do, to which Edelsteine hesitated and seemed to shut down at this, and began to pass out.

It was joors until when Edelsteine regained consciousness again, finding herself in the Femmes' chambers once again where a few of others who were on break had gathered around her with worry. Of course it was obvious everyone worried for the young Femme, but were left surprised when she had ended up shying out on the customer and passing out, to which they knew that business was going to be bad if they themselves didn't do something, as they were highly aware that Femmes who don't do what they're taught to do, would mean execution. So when Edelsteine asked if she really wanted to get out, the answer was very obvious, but they would all have to tell her how to escape without being caught, to which it was relatively easy to teach Edelsteine due to being fairly good at remembering instructions. With their help, when the time was right, Edelsteine does manage to make her escape, despite that the collar that was attached around her neck couldn't be removed. Cleverly, Edelsteine has managed to sneak on board of a ship that would eventually lead her to Velocitron, where she would live a happier life and even eventually get her concubine collar removed.

Dislikes/Fears:
- Decepticons & Autobots (She's more comfortable with Neutrals.)
- Anyone that hurts her.
- Being assaulted.
- Any form of neck accessory save for the jewellery she makes.
- Being recaptured and forced to become a concubine again.
- Jumpscares and even being scared.

Likes:
- Peaceful gentle music.
- Being alone, away from everyone else.
- Finding and cutting Crystals and Gems.
- Decorating 'bots with jewellery she has on servo.
- Sunsets.
- How peaceful Velocitron is.

Weaknesses:
- Being scared of fighting and not the type for violence, Edelsteine easy to take out.

Relationships:
- Crystal Chime (Mother/Carrier)
Edelsteine's Carrier. Edelsteine was mostly cared for by the other concubines as Crystal Chime had no care for her creation but it never meant she would give up and ignore Crystal Chime. At first, the Femme had wanted to spare her own life and let Edelsteine be executed, but eventually the older Femme would have a change of spark and gave up her life to spare Edelsteine's.

- Dustgrind (Father/Sire - Status Unknown.)
Edelsteine's Sire. Edelsteine unfortunately does not know a thing about her Sire as he had disappeared after having been serviced by Crystal Chime, one of the concubines of the house she lived in. Edelsteine has no idea whether he's alive or deactivated.
